RISTICH is looking for an Account Executive

Ristich is a Los Angeles–based product and packaging development firm partnering with premium brands across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, CPG, hospitality, and entertainment. We operate at the intersection of design, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain — helping clients move complex physical products from concept through production with clarity and discipline. Our work is execution-driven. We focus on building long-term client relationships, managing real manufacturing constraints, and delivering solutions that scale in the real world. We’re seeking an Account Executive (AE) to own client relationships, guide opportunities from discovery through close, and grow accounts over time. We’re looking for an Industrial Packaging Designer who is comfortable operating inside real constraints and excited to design things that actually get made.

The Mission:

As an Account Executive at Ristich, you will be responsible for owning revenue and gross profit across the accounts you manage. You’ll lead discovery, shape solutions, coordinate internally, and act as the primary point of contact for clients as projects move into production. This role is ideal for someone who understands that selling in manufacturing and packaging is not transactional — it’s consultative, technical, and relationship-driven.

Mission Qualifications:

  • Experience selling complex services or physical products (manufacturing, packaging, industrial, or supply-chain adjacent preferred)

  • Comfortable owning both revenue and margin

  • Strong communicator — confident with senior stakeholders

  • Able to balance client needs with operational realities

  • Organized, accountable, and comfortable working across multiple active deals

  • Technically curious — willing to learn materials, processes, and production constraints

Experience in packaging, manufacturing, industrial design, or supply chain environments is a strong plus.

Mission Compensation:

We pay for performance, ownership, and long-term value creation. Base Compensation Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) Commission Commission based on gross profit, not revenue Percentage scales with performance and experience Windfall protection applies on unusually large single-account profit contributions (Exact compensation details are shared during the interview process.)
