RISTICH is looking for an Business Development Representative
Ristich is a Los Angeles–based product and packaging development firm working with premium brands across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, CPG, hospitality, and entertainment. We help teams move from early concept through engineering, manufacturing, and delivery — with a strong focus on real-world execution, cost discipline, and production feasibility. Our work lives at the intersection of design and manufacturing. We partner closely with suppliers, engineers, and brand teams to create packaging systems that are not only compelling, but manufacturable, scalable, and reliable. We’re looking for an Industrial Packaging Designer who is comfortable operating inside real constraints and excited to design things that actually get made.
The Mission:
As an Industrial Packaging Designer at Ristich, you’ll be responsible for developing packaging concepts and systems that balance brand intent, material performance, manufacturing realities, and cost targets. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to bring packaging from concept to production — often across multiple iterations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative problem-solving and technical rigor, and who understands that great packaging design is inseparable from how it’s produced.
Mission Qualifications:
Experience designing physical packaging that has gone to production
Strong understanding of materials, structures, and manufacturing processes
Comfortable working within cost, tooling, and supply-chain constraints
Clear communicator — able to explain design decisions to non-designers
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
Proficient with relevant design tools (Adobe CC, CAD or packaging software as applicable)
Experience working with consumer goods, retail packaging, or manufacturing partners is a strong plus.
Mission Compensation:
Competitive salary, based on experience Performance-based bonuses Remote work flexibility Exposure to a wide range of packaging formats, suppliers, and product categories Opportunity to work on real, production-scale projects for premium brands
