Industrial Design Intern

Full-time. Remote, USA

RISTICH is looking for an Industrial Design Intern

Ristich is a Los Angeles–based product and packaging development firm partnering with premium brands across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, CPG, hospitality, and entertainment. We operate at the intersection of design, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain — helping clients move complex physical products from concept through production with clarity and discipline. Our work is execution-driven. We don’t design for portfolios — we design things that get made, shipped, and used in the real world. We’re looking for an Industrial Design Intern who wants to learn how products actually go from idea to production — not just concept.

The Mission:

As an Industrial Design Intern at Ristich, you will support the design team across active client projects — contributing to concept development, visualization, and early-stage product work. You’ll get exposure to real-world constraints: materials, manufacturing, timelines, and cost — and how design decisions hold up against them. This role is for someone who wants to learn fast, contribute meaningfully, and understand how products actually get built.

Mission Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Design or related field

  • Strong sketching and visualization skills

  • Familiarity with CAD tools (SolidWorks, Rhino, or similar)

  • Basic understanding of materials and manufacturing processes

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable

  • Curious and eager to learn — comfortable asking questions

Strong plus:

  • Experience with rendering tools (KeyShot, Blender, etc.)

  • Hands-on prototyping or model-making experience

  • Interest in consumer products, packaging, or CPG

Mission Compensation:

We value effort, curiosity, and contribution. Paid internship (hourly or stipend, depending on program requirements) Opportunity for future full-time consideration based on performance (Exact compensation details are shared during the interview process.)
