RISTICH is looking for an Industrial packaging designer

Ristich is a Los Angeles–based product and packaging development firm partnering with global brands across beauty, lifestyle, wellness, CPG, hospitality, and entertainment. We combine industrial design, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain expertise to deliver high-impact physical products with Stephen Gould–style execution rigor and reliability. We’re building a stronger pipeline of opportunities and seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify, qualify, and schedule high-quality meetings with prospective customers who are serious about elevating their packaging, product, and industrial design work.

The Mission:

What You’ll Do As a BDR at Ristich, you will be the front-line engine of our growth — responsible for discovering and engaging prospects who fit our ideal customer profile. You will generate interest, qualify needs, and book high-value meetings with our leadership and sales team. Primary Responsibilities Prospect Identification & Research: Build targeted lists of potential customers in beauty, wellness, CPG, lifestyle, and premium consumer goods verticals. Understand each prospect’s business, packaging and product development needs, and potential fit for Ristich services. Outbound Outreach: Execute structured multi-touch campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and light cold calling. Personalize outreach using brand voice and relevant insights. Qualification & Discovery: Conduct initial discovery to assess project type, timelines, budget, and decision-making authority. Capture detailed, accurate qualification notes in the CRM. Meeting Handoff: Book qualified introductory meetings for the Ristich sales and leadership team. Provide clean handoff summaries so senior team members can step into discussions with context and momentum. Pipeline & CRM Ownership: Maintain pipeline hygiene and documentation in the CRM. Track outreach activity, responses, and conversion metrics.

Mission Qualifications:

  • Strong communicator — clear, confident, and professional in writing and on the phone

  • Comfortable with outreach tools, CRM systems, and LinkedIn Prospecting

  • Organized, thoughtful, and self-motivated

  • Able to work asynchronously, with reliable overlap in U.S. morning hours

  • Excited about learning packaging, product development, and industrial workflows (engineer-adjacent experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and rigor matter more)

Mission Compensation:

We reward outcomes and quality: Competitive base pay Generous meeting commissions for qualified meetings Close-influence bonus based on gross profit from opportunities you source (Compensation details will be shared in the interview process.)
