Ripl Efek

Ripl Efek is taking on the single-use plastic industry through a refillable laundry system built for long-term use. They challenged us to design the central receptacle of the system, creating a durable, permanent vessel that could replace disposable packaging while feeling intentional in everyday life. The resulting design reframes laundry as a repeatable, considered ritual rather than a consumable task. A lightweight glass and steel vessel with a fingerprint-resistant finish is paired with a refill system using recyclable aluminum cans, reducing waste without sacrificing performance. Together, the system balances industrial refinement with environmental responsibility, proving that sustainable home products can be both practical and well-designed.
