Overview
Ubisoft challenged us to help bring the world of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon into the physical realm. Centered on the game’s iconic Wolf masks, the goal was to translate a digital symbol into a tangible object capable of driving anticipation and cultural momentum ahead of launch.
We managed the project from pre-production through post-production, overseeing design execution, fabrication, and deployment. The masks were developed as physical artifacts intended for circulation across social and promotional channels, helping spark viral engagement and extend the game’s narrative beyond the screen. The result was a tactile marketing moment that amplified launch visibility and deepened audience connection through physical presence.
