Aviator Nation

For Aviator Nation, we designed a line of sunglasses developed to be manufactured entirely in the United States. The work focused on creating a product that aligns with the brand’s identity while meeting the technical and material requirements of domestic production. Beyond product design, we supported manufacturing strategy by connecting Aviator Nation with U.S.-based partners capable of producing the frames at scale. This approach allowed the brand to maintain its commitment to American manufacturing while bringing a new product category to market through a fully domestic supply chain.
