Ridge Wallet began as a minimalist wallet introduced through Kickstarter, defined by a compact and engineered approach to everyday carry. As demand increased and distribution expanded internationally, the challenge shifted from validating the product to supporting scale while preserving the precision and clarity of the original design.
We partnered with Ridge during this period of growth, focusing on strengthening supply and production as volumes increased. The work centered on translating a successful product into a repeatable manufacturing system by refining workflows, expanding capacity, and maintaining design integrity. The result supported Ridge’s transition from an early crowdfunding success into a nationally recognized brand, demonstrating how disciplined execution can sustain momentum beyond launch.
