Skeleton Key challenged us to develop a new model of autonomous kiosks designed for duty-free retail environments. The goal was to create a premium retail experience that could operate without on-site staff, reducing overhead while maintaining clarity, presence, and ease of use.
The kiosks function as complete retail systems, integrating structure, display, and interaction into a single object. Designed to be fully unmanned, they require only periodic restocking to operate. Form, layout, and material choices support durability and intuitive interaction in high-traffic travel settings. The result is a scalable retail solution that rethinks how products are presented and sold in duty-free stores.
