Overview

For Fruzinga, a rapidly growing functional yogurt brand, we were brought in to strengthen operations as the business scaled. With a short shelf life product and increasing demand, the focus was on improving supply chain resilience, reducing logistics costs, and ensuring consistent availability without sacrificing quality. We developed a multi-layered approach that addressed manufacturing, packaging, and distribution together. Backup suppliers were established to protect against outages, logistics were optimized to support wider distribution, and packaging was refined to better support retail expansion. With these systems in place, Fruzinga successfully expanded into the Midwest and East Coast, positioning the brand for continued growth with a stronger, more reliable operational foundation.
